Preparing Your Own Case?

If you have taken the time to prepare your own application with USCIS: Congratulations! We know just how much work goes into collecting all of your documents, filling out the forms, and preparing a final packet can take.

We do it every day.

Money can be tight, and it is understandable to try to save where you can. While our fees are quite reasonable for case preparation (at times 50% less than other firms!), we know that not everyone is able to afford legal fees on top of already exorbitant USCIS filing fees.

One way that we are able to provide an affordable option to clients is through our low-cost case review.

We will review your self-prepared application prior to you submitting it to USICS. This allows you to receive input from a licensed immigration attorney to ensure you are not only providing all of the necessary information, documents, and supporting evidence, but a review of your circumstances to make sure that you are filing only what is necessary and within the proper filing window.

Don’t be like some of our clients who unnecessarily file a I-131 Application for Travel Documents, Parole Documents, and Arrival/Departure Records when they are applying for their green cards.

USCIS used to include this for free when a green card application was made, but now they charge $630.

We stopped including this application when it became clear that the travel authorization was not being approved prior to the green card applications.

We still see some applications that include the I-131’s, and these applicants are literally giving their money to USCIS for NO REASON.

Don’t subject yourself to making these kinds of errors.

Here’s what our case review consists of:

  • 15-minute phone interview to understand your unique situation

  • Review of all identifying documents such as birth certificates, passports, visas, etc.

  • Review of all USCIS forms to ensure they are filled out completely and accurately

  • Custom cover letter for clients and USCIS officers to use as a checklist of items included

  • Forms and documents arranged in the order that officers prefer, making your case easier to process

Here are the types of cases we are currently accepting for review:

  • I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

  • I-130/I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status concurrent application

  • I-131 Application for Travel Documents, Parole Documents, and Arrival/Departure Records

  • I-485 application after I-130 approval

  • I-864 Affidavit of Support (usually after a Request for Evidence has been issued by USCIS)

  • I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (to receive 10-year green card)

  • N-400 Application for Naturalization

All of this is included for one reasonable flat fee of $750 per case/application. We do not charge by the hour, nor will there be any additional hidden fees for the review.
